⚽ Assetto Corsa Controller Not Working

Righttrackpad works as mouse, click on it works as left click. Menus and whatnot work as intended, as if I were using a mouse. In the settings menu, when the controller is turned on (regardless of how I launched the game), a panel with indicators for XBOX360 controller input appears. Once in driving mode, only mouse commands keep working. AssettoCorsa is a racing simulation game developed by Italian developer Kunos Simulazioni. TheAvPman. Jun 29, 2023 @ 7:09pm Whateverone is ticked (Real or Ideal conditions). Click that same box so it's un ticked and the weather controls aren't grayed out. It should look like the second image below. If that doesn't fix it then click on weather and hover over the controllers drop down box. You want to click Sol 2.5 (Sol Planner). Astupid message about Assetto Corsa not supporting VR mode. click OK and ignore it. Then it starts and runs in VR mode. It is saying "steamvr features may not work running the game like this" Has something changed? I've been using my touch controllers as a pointing device in menus since the game began working with Revive. InWindows, when the wrong device name is being reported, right-click, select Properties, then Driver->Driver Details. Uninstalling that driver could allow the proper driver to work. Otherwise, find, e.g. by Internet search, the latest/best appropriate driver. and download that. .
