Anecdotal point of evidence - charged my 11 Pro nearly exclusively on a 7.5W Anker wireless charger for 2 years. At the end of 2 years, remaining battery health was 100%, but I don't trust that. It was at 95% ~18 months in when Apple pushed the update that recalibrated this number for the 11 generation. Still, minimal battery wear.

That's one of the things I don't really like about Apple, they just stop making accessories for older products after a year. For example, I wanted a new iPhone XS silicone case after my first started falling apart, but after moving onto the 11, Apple didn't make any cases with the new colors for the X/XS family.
